I felt discarded, disrespected, and completely broken after giving everything I had to that dealership and believing I had a future there. But with time, I realized something important — I never needed either of you to succeed. Instead of letting this destroy me, I decided to rebuild myself. I’m back in college, focused on my future, focused on growth, and focused on becoming stronger mentally, professionally, and personally than I’ve ever been before. We were greeted right away at the door by Robert C. and he got us going quickly. He was very personable and knowledgeable on the questions I had about the car we were there to see. I did not feel like I was there to get upsold on anything and felt comfortable through the whole process. After telling the dealership about my situation and filling out 4 different applications i get this guy who then after me telling him that i provided all the info i have at the moment. and getting angry for being ran around over and over and over. He tells me hes angry about it Do not trust this dealership in the slightest now. you fill out applications you have them give you quotes on what the vehicle will cost and then they waste your time and tell you its going to cost more money. but the fact they don't work as a team and keep each other informed is terrible. most likely will never deal with this company for a car in the future. the girl i talked to through text was very nice and friendly and there is probably some good people at the dealership but the lies and run around make me give this review! Its sad because now its forcing my hand to want to shop at another hyundai dealership or the local kia it could of been done and over. but nope lies lies lies.
