Purchase a brand new vehicle from Luis and had a smooth experience that what I originally thought I wanted and left out a happy customer of a 2026 Kona . Not to mention the salesman was even able to get my Mom leave with a pickup Santa Cruz truck however the gas wasn’t where it needed to be thanks to Kelvin you guys were absolutely amazing thank you.
UPDATE: After posting my initial review, here is an update of what happened next. One of the senior managers reached out to me, and I explaining what happened. The manager apologized for the situation and experience and wanted to try and remediate what had occurred. The manager worked with me to fix the situation and he refunded me the extra $690 fee that I was forcefully charged during the purchase of the vehicle. I was very appreciative of the manager reaching out to me and helping to correct the situation after the fact. Thank you.
